K\u00e4okella district\u2014a comfortable and peaceful home<\/strong><\/p>\n

The K\u00e4okella residential district located on the outskirts of the Peetri small borough is just a short drive away from the \u00dclemiste shopping centre and the Tallinn city centre. The conveniences of the modern age and a secure living environment are brought together in this quiet and clean neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

K\u00e4okella residential area, located in J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla, next to the homely and friendly Peetri small borough, is a place for those who dream of a modern home where they can wake every morning to birdsong, yet reach the city centre in a quarter of an hour.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla area has undergone rapid development over the last few years. The developer of the K\u00e4okella district built play and recreational areas for the K\u00e4okella 1b, Karusambla 3 and K\u00e4okella 4 properties, which are open to all, and offer plenty of active fun to both children and adults. The beautiful and modern J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla school, opened in 2016, is a short walk away from your future home, and welcomes all boys and girls. In September 2020, the borough opened the Kindluse School\u2014a lower secondary school with four parallel grades for 864 pupils. In 2015, the Aruheina kindergarten was opened in Peetri, and two of the J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla kindergarten\u2019s buildings in 2019.<\/p>\n

211 families have already found a home in the popular K\u00e4okella terraced, semi-detached houses and apartments.<\/p>\n

Next, one terraced house and seven semi-detached houses are being constructed at J\u00f5hvika tee. Each house has a terrace and private yard. The homes on J\u00f5hvika tee will be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2026. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
